AI integration services: connect your CRM, accounting and operations to ChatGPT and Claude
How we run this.
Most companies do not need a new system to use AI. They need the systems they already pay for to talk to it. We connect CRMs, field service platforms, accounting software, spreadsheets and internal databases to AI through secure, permissioned connectors, then add the automations that act on what the AI finds. If a platform has an API, a webhook or a database, we can connect it.
What we actually ship.
CRM to AI
Pipeline, contacts, deals and activity history from Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics 365, available to your team inside ChatGPT or Claude.
Field service platforms
Jobs, technicians, estimates and invoices from ServiceTitan, Jobber and Housecall Pro, queried in plain language.
Accounting to AI
Receivables, payables and payments from QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite, with read access scoped by role.
Custom connectors
MCP servers and API connectors for internal tools, databases and platforms without an off-the-shelf integration.
Actions, not only answers
n8n workflows that update records, send follow-ups and create tasks when the AI flags something.
Access control and logging
Per-role permissions, audit logs and a clear record of which data each assistant can read or change.
AI Integrations, explained.
Which platforms can you connect to AI?
Any platform with an API, a webhook or a database we can reach. The most common requests are CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics 365; field service platforms such as ServiceTitan, Jobber and Housecall Pro; accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite; and everyday tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Airtable.
When a platform has no ready-made connector, we build one. That can be a small MCP server that exposes the right data to ChatGPT or Claude, or an n8n workflow that syncs records into a database the assistant can read.
How connecting your CRM to ChatGPT works
We start by listing the questions your team asks every week and the systems that hold the answers. Then we connect those systems through authenticated connectors, limit each connection to the data a role actually needs, and test the answers against the source records before anyone relies on them.
The result is a workspace where a manager can ask which customers have open invoices and active deals, or which technicians have the most callbacks this month, and get an answer drawn from live data instead of an exported spreadsheet.
Security, permissions and data ownership
Connections use the platform's own authentication and the narrowest access that does the job. Sensitive actions such as editing records or sending messages require explicit approval or run through workflows with their own checks. Your data stays in your accounts, and every connector is documented so your team can review or revoke it at any time.
Questions we get, answered plainly.
Can you connect any platform to AI?
Yes, as long as the platform offers an API, webhooks, a database or a reliable export. Most CRMs, field service tools and accounting systems do. When there is no ready-made connector, we build a custom one, usually an MCP server or an n8n workflow, so ChatGPT or Claude can read the data with the right permissions.
Which CRMs do you work with?
We work with the CRMs our clients already use, including Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The approach is the same for each one: map the data, connect it securely, test the answers and add the automations that act on them.
Can ChatGPT read our accounting data?
Yes. We connect accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite with read access limited to the roles that need it. Your team can ask about receivables, overdue invoices or payment history in plain language, and every answer can be checked against the original records in the accounting system.
Is it safe to connect our CRM to AI?
It is when the connection is scoped and logged. We use each platform's own authentication, grant the minimum access required, keep write actions behind approvals, and document every connector. Your data stays in your accounts, and access can be revoked at any time from the platform or from the AI workspace.
How long does an AI integration take?
Connecting one or two core systems, such as a CRM and an accounting platform, typically takes two to four weeks including discovery, setup, testing and team training. Larger projects with custom connectors or several business units are scoped in phases so the team starts using the first connections early.
