The terms governing the SMS messaging program operated by GENESISDMA LLC for customers, prospects and partners who opt in.
GENESISDMA LLC (“Genesis DMA,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates an SMS messaging program for customers, prospects, and partners who explicitly opt in. The program is used to send:
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Genesis DMA through any of the following methods:
Consent is opt-in only. The SMS consent checkboxes on our forms are unchecked by default and require an affirmative action by you.
When you opt in to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from GENESISDMA LLC at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We maintain timestamped records of every opt-in event, including the source (form, page URL, date and time, and the consent language shown to you). Mobile information collected for SMS purposes — including phone numbers and consent records — is never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the campaigns you have opted into. You may receive messages such as appointment reminders, follow-ups in response to a form submission, and (where you have specifically consented) occasional promotional messages.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Genesis DMA is not responsible for carrier charges.
You can cancel SMS messages from Genesis DMA at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP:

Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time.
GENESISDMA LLC does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile information (phone numbers, opt-in records, consent timestamps, or message content) to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information only with subcontractors that directly support delivery of the SMS program — for example, our SMS aggregator, CRM platform, or appointment-scheduling provider. These vendors are contractually bound to use the information solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.
For the full picture of how we collect, store, and protect your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. International messaging is not supported.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or duplicate messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your carrier’s coverage, network conditions, and the operability of your device.
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provided is yours and that you have the authority to receive messages at that number.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the website or, where required, by SMS or email notice. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and applicable carrier guidelines.
